This study proposes a model based on social contagion theory to evaluate the impacts of authentic leadership employee work engagement (WE) and trust in leader (TL), integrating mediating effect TL moderating workplace well-being (WW). Authentic is disaggregated into its subscales: relational transparency (RT), internalized moral perspective (IMP), balanced processing (BP), self-awareness (SA).Dubai hotel employees completed 476 surveys. Sustainability on the plate: how influencers and social norms transform food choices DOI

Purpose This study attempts to encapsulate how social norms and media influencers, through their content, environmental concerns engagement with followers, encourage sustainable food choices (SFC). Additionally, it examines the role of consumers’ in consumption (CES) price sensitivity (PS) shaping choice behaviour. Design/methodology/approach An online survey 353 users utilizing a self-administered questionnaire was undertaken validate proposed research model. Data analysis performed using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) methodology, incorporating measurement model analysis, prediction-oriented segmentation (POS) necessary condition (NCA). Findings The findings reveal that influencer-follower engagement, influencer’s concern followers’ trust content favourably impact SFC, while further reinforce this relationship. Digital transformation (DT) in the hotel industry is a major focus for re-searchers because of its impact on business operation and customer experience. Most studies have looked at advantages applica-tions digitalization. However, there are several emerging challenges that hoteliers need to tackle when adopting DT. This narrative review aims explore DT has brought indus-try. This study investigates how workplace stressors influence the intention to quit among male employees working in five-star hotels Egypt, with a focus on mediating role of psychological distress and moderating flexibility. A cross-sectional survey was conducted 334 full-time hospitality workers. Using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), examined relationships between stressors, distress, quit, The results showed that higher levels were significantly associated increased stronger quit.
