Assessing e-learning readiness is crucial for educational institutions to identify areas in their systems needing improvement and develop strategies enhance students’ readiness. This paper presents an effective approach assessing by combining the ADKAR model machine learning-based feature importance identification methods. The motivation behind using learning approaches lies ability capture nonlinearity data flexibility as data-driven models. study surveyed faculty members students Economics at Tlemcen University, Algeria, gather based on model’s five dimensions: awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, reinforcement. Correlation analysis revealed a significant relationship between all dimensions. Specifically, pairwise correlation coefficients reinforcement are 0.5233, 0.5983, 0.6374, 0.6645, 0.3693, respectively. Two algorithms, random forest (RF) decision tree (DT), were used most important factors influencing In results, knowledge consistently identified factors, with scores of (0.565, 0.514) (0.170, 0.251) RF DT Additionally, SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) values explore further impact each variable final prediction, highlighting influential factor. These findings suggest that universities should focus enhancing abilities providing them necessary increase e-learning. provides valuable insights into university

The widespread adoption of digital technologies in educational systems has been globally reflecting a shift pedagogic content delivery that seems to fit modern generations students while tackling relevant challenges faced by the current scholar context, e.g., progress traceability, fair access and intuitive visual representativeness, mobility issue mitigation, sustainability crisis situations. Among these technologies, augmented reality (AR) emerges as particularly promising approach, allowing visualization computer-generated interactive data on top real-world elements, thus enhancing comprehension intuition regarding content, often mobile settings. While application AR education widely addressed, issues related performance interaction cognitive are commonly with lesser attention paid limitations associated setup complexity, mostly experiences configurating tools, or contextual range, i.e., technical/scientific domain targeting versatility. Therefore, this paper introduces ARPocketLab, digital, mobile, flexible, scalable solution designed for dynamic needs tutorship. With dual-interface system, it allows both educators interactively design engage directly tied outcomes. Moreover, ARPocketLab’s design, aimed at handheld operationalization using minimal set physical resources, is environments where materials scarce situations remote learning becomes necessary. Its versatility stems from fact only requires marker surface (e.g., table) function full capacity. To evaluate solution, tests were conducted 8th-grade Portuguese within context Physics Chemistry subject. Results demonstrate application’s effectiveness providing didactic assistance, positive feedback not terms usability but also performance. participants reported openness contexts.

E-learning has recently gained considerable interest among stakeholders, including educators, students, and policymakers. During the pandemic, organized online learning is critical to an effective e-learning system because it helps both teaching learning. Thus, current study intends explore factors contributing e-learners’ satisfaction during COVID-19 pandemic. A questionnaire survey was conducted gather data from 650 university students selected through convenience sampling. The were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). essential boosting e-learner identified confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Frequency distribution percentages used identify demographic characteristics of respondents, a reliability test internal consistency data. This employed structural equation modeling (SEM) trace relationship between six independent variables satisfaction. Regression results revealed that psychological factors, educational materials design, access technological devices, instructor attributes, perceptions expectations significantly influence However, students’ engagement had no significant on same. Because, most respondents clear preference physical findings this will help educationists policymakers take necessary steps in enhancing learners’ improving their academic performance.
