Background: Adolescent self-control is the ability to regulate emotions, behaviour, and thoughts when facing challenging or difficult situations. This study aims determine effect of BBS method on in adolescents. Abstract Background Parenting is both a complex and stressful endeavor, so parents sometimes experience parenting burnout. The main objective of this study was to provide an overview factors related general parental burnout (PB) among with at least one child based on the Ecological Systems Theory (EST). Methods PubMed, Web Science, EBSCO, CNKI WanFang were systematically searched for studies published from 2010 July 2023 peer-reviewed articles using keywords extracted Medical Subject Headings such as “parenting”, “parental”, “burnout”, “psychological burnout”, “burn-out syndrome”. Studies included if they described associations between PB children aged 0-18 years old in population, English or Chinese language journal. Quality Assessment Tool Diverse Designs (QATSDD) employed assess risk bias studies. Results Of 2037 articles, 26 met inclusion criteria. Introduction Parental burnout is becoming more and prevalent in the world, mainly incultures with high demands towards parents. distinctive from depression might have its unique influence on child development, which isunder current international research.
