Scopus
database
was

open-access
English
literature

from

for
graphical
mapping
scientific

selected
in-depth
comprehensively
assess
current
state
anticipate

trends.

had

Artificial
intelligence
(AI)
plays
a
crucial
role
in
the
workplace
by
freeing
up
hands
and
brains
of
employees.
According
to
affective
events
theory
(AET),
this
research
assumes
that
AI
can
mitigate
negative
effects
compulsory
citizenship
behaviour
(CCB).
From
mixed-method
study
involving
both
survey
(targeting
246
Chinese
employees)
interviews
(with
further
20
employees
from
China),
results
indicate
CCB
increase
employees'
anger
hostility
ultimately
negatively
affect
innovative
behaviour.
However,
usage
is
shown
have
capacity
such
adverse
effects.
This
offers
theoretical
practical
insights
for
research.

Public
police
professionals
