Abstract Background: Since November 2022, China has continuously optimized and adjusted its prevention control measures to achieve a smooth transition in the of epidemic relatively short period time, successfully passed first wave COVID-19 epidemic. The purpose this study was investigate nurses' job burnout influencing factors after peak Northeast China. Methods: 1350 frontline nurses were surveyed online through questionnaire, including general information questionnaire,Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS), Simplified Coping Style Scale(SCSQ), Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS). final effective response 1328, with an rate 98.37%. Results: 47.44% experienced COVID-19. risk for are persistence work night shifts during self infection (OR: 1.342,95% CI: 1.002-1.798). protective that there no elderly people family who need take care themselves 0.669,95% 0.510-0.878), patients be cared every day 0.574,95% 0.363-0.908), or 3-5 0.560,95% 0.381-0.823), financial support 0.766,95% 0.604-0.971), psychological 0.550,95% 0.409-0.742), assistance 0.427,95% 0.324-0.564). Job is negatively correlated perceived social support, positively coping styles. Conclusions: Nurses moderate Managers should make adequate preparations arrival new according burnout.

Introduction Job satisfaction among nurses is closely related to work environment as well organizational and professional commitment. Satisfaction a concept derived from Latin, where “satis” means “enough,” much needed fully satisfy expectations, needs, aspirations, in such way that there no room for complaint. satisfaction, on the other hand, formulated positive attitude of employees toward duties job, employees. The aim this paper was demonstrate how different areas nurses’ life, i.e., workload, control, rewards, community, sense justice values, correlate with their perceived job satisfaction. Materials methods A cross-sectional study conducted group 509 working public hospital Poland. Data were collected using survey questionnaire, which consisted section containing sociodemographic data standardized instruments: Minnesota Questionnaire (MSQ) Areas Worklife Survey (AWS) developed by Maslach Leiter. Correlations made Spearman’s rho coefficient. calculations also used stepwise linear regression analysis after checking certain assumptions, including assumption normality residuals Durbin-Watson Test. Results mean score 20 items MSQ questionnaire ranged 3.05 3.43 5-point Likert scale. RESUMO Objetivos: avaliar o conhecimento sobre qualidade de vida e sintomas osteomusculares enfermeiros atuantes na Atenção Primária à Saúde da Regional Francisco Beltrão, Paraná. Métodos: trata-se pesquisa exploratória, quantitativa, transversal, realizada com enfermeiros, utilizando questionário sociodemográfico, WHOQOL-BREF Questionário Nórdico Sintomas Osteomusculares. A análise estatística utilizouo programa estatístico Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, aplicando teste qui-quadrado, Kruskal-Wallis U Mann-Whitney. Resultados: a amostra constituiu-se 66 sendo maioria mulheres (86,4%), casadas (71,2%) idade média 37,23 anos. Quando avaliada vida, domínio físico obteve menor (55,74), seguido do psicológico (60,67). Em relação aos osteomusculares, dor região lombar foi mais citada (75,80%). Conclusões: que os têm QV mostra esta é influenciada pelas dores musculares, por ter outro vínculo empregatício uso psicotrópicos.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to assess knowledge about quality of life and musculoskeletal symptoms Primary Healthcare nurses in the Francisco Beltrão Region, Paraná. Methods: an exploratory, quantitative, cross-sectional study carried out with nurses, using a sociodemographic questionnaire, WHOQOL-BREF Nordic Musculoskeletal Symptoms Questionnaire. Statistical analysis used Package for Social Sciences statistical program, applying chi-square test, Kruskal-Wallis test Mann-Whitney U test. Results: sample consisted 66 majority whom were women (86.4%), married (71.2%) had mean age 37.23 years. When assessing QoL, physical domain obtained lowest average (55.74), followed by psychological (60.67). Regarding symptoms, pain lower back was most cited (75.80%). Conclusions: that have shows it is influenced muscle pain, having another employment relationship use psychotropic drugs.

Background The COVID-19 pandemic imposed unprecedented challenges on healthcare systems worldwide. placed frontline nursing staff working in the ICU and ER at epicenter of this global crisis. This study aimed to assess multifaceted impact sociodemographic characteristics quality life (QOL) during pandemic. Method A cross-sectional survey was conducted evaluate QOL 322 nurses five Saudi hospitals from May July 2022. Participants completed electronic questionnaire including demographic four domains World Health Organization Quality Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREFF). data evaluated using descriptive inferential statistics. Results Among nurse participants, majority were female (84.8%), married (64.4%), held a bachelor's degree (92.4%). Age (above 40 years), gender (male), marital status (married) reported higher individual domain overall scores which shows that these have direct influence QOL. Years work experience, extra hours, contact with patients additional significant factors. The aim was to examine mental health and burnout among frontline critical care healthcare workers caring for COVID-19 patients. A cohort study conducted in hospitals with Burnout of high, median.
