This
study
explored
the
future-oriented
perceptions
of
Generation
Z
students
in
a
foundation
university.

Background:
Mental
health
problems,
especially
in
Generation
Z,
are
currently
an
important
issue
to
be
addressed.
Purpose:
This
condition
is
caused
by
mental
being
able
influence
various
aspects
of
life.
Methods:
research
method
uses
a
Systematic
Literature
Review
approach
with
the
Prisma
protocol,
which
focuses
on
five
continents.
Results:
The
results
explained
that
there
was
increase
cases
depression,
anxiety,
stress,
and
sleep
disorders
Z.
influenced
several
factors,
such
as
excessive
exposure
information
social
media,
fatigue
from
using
well
academic
stressors
problems
faced.
Conclusion:
Handling
can
done
providing
education,
psychotherapy,
