Physical inactivity among undergraduate university students has been considered a public health concern. To address this, researchers have utilized consensus workshop approaches to develop effective physical activity (PA) recommendations. However, the existing research limitations: it is outdated, not context-specific young adults, and does account for psychosocial factors (such as mental health, motivation, social support) that hinder or promote PA behavior, particularly in South Africa. Therefore, purpose of this study was engage with stakeholders achieve on set guidelines enhance activities students. Utilizing Social Ecological Model, employed two online workshops 25 purposively selected (Round 1 = 8 Round 2 17). Stakeholders were divided into breakout rooms via Google Meets feature, discuss brainstorm guidelines, expressing their agreement disagreement proposed names descriptions. The achieved when majority stakeholder responses fell ‘Agree guideline’ category. An inductive thematic analysis approach used generate common themes, which then coded Atlas Ti.
