This research conducted a bibliometric analysis of scholarly literature on fruit sorting and grading using machine vision, identifying primary themes, sources, most-cited publications, countries. The were thoroughly evaluated to consolidate knowledge, identify trends, propose specific opportunities within the context vision for grading.
