Purpose In recent years, the concept of logistics cluster has attracted attention several researchers and practitioners. Supply chain and logistics management is of tremendous importance for multinational organizations. Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) provide services smooth operations between suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, customers. This paper uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to identify the current trends future developments LSPs underlying (smart) connected concept lifecycle management. An SLR review was conducted relevant research papers in areas Out 288 analyzed, 81 were identified as highly appropriate in-depth analysis. The LSP Lifecycle Model (LSLM) then developed by combining service characteristics concept, including Product Management (PLM), (SLM), System (PSS).
