Factors influencing the entry of logistics service providers (LSPs) into the logistics clusters: a case study of Casablanca city

Purpose In recent years, the concept of logistics cluster has attracted attention several researchers and practitioners. Logistics Service Provider Lifecycle Model in Industry 4.0: A Review

Supply chain and logistics management is of tremendous importance for multinational organizations. Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) provide services smooth operations between suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, customers. This paper uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to identify the current trends future developments LSPs underlying (smart) connected concept lifecycle management. The LSP Lifecycle Model (LSLM) then developed by combining service characteristics concept, including Product Management (PLM), (SLM), System (PSS).
