Tempe

The
pathophysiology
of
diabetes
has
been
studied
extensively
in
various
countries,
but
effective
prevention
and
treatment
methods
are
still
insufficient.
In
recent
years,
epigenetics
received
increasing
attention
from
researchers
exploring
the
etiology
diabetes.
DNA
methylation,
histone
modifications,
non-coding
RNAs
play
critical
roles
occurrence,
maintenance,
progression
its
complications.
Therefore,
preventing
or
reversing
epigenetic
alterations
that
occur
during
development
may
reduce
individual
societal
burden

Dietary
flavonoids
serve
as
natural
modulators

beans
