Abstract Tea is the most popular daily drink consumed globally, with a high concentration of caffeine and polyphenols. In this study, effects ultrasonic‐assisted extraction quantification polyphenols from green tea were investigated optimized using 2 3 ‐full factorial design high‐performance thin‐layer chromatography. Three parameters to maximize extracted ultrasound: crude drug‐to‐solvent ratio (1:10–1:5), temperature (20–40°C), ultrasonication time (10–30 min). The optimal conditions achieved model for as follows: ratio, 0.199 g/ml; temperature, 39.9°C; time, 29.9 min; extractive value was found be 16.8%. Images scanning electron microscopy showed that matrix underwent physical alteration cell wall disintegration, which intensified accelerated extraction. This process might simplified sonication, results in higher yield significant than traditional approach, smaller quantity solvent faster analytical times. result chromatography analysis proves positive correlation between polyphenol concentrations.

In recent years, multidrug therapy has gained increasing popularity due to the possibility of achieving synergistic drug action and sequential delivery different medical payloads for enhanced treatment efficacy. While a number composite material release platforms have been developed, few combine bottom-up design versatility metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) tailor behavior, with convenience temperature-responsive hydrogels (or thermogels) in their unique ease administration formulation. Yet, despite potential, MOF-thermogel composites largely overlooked simultaneous delivery. Herein, we report first systematic study common MOFs (UiO-66, MIL-53(Al), MIL-100(Fe), MOF-808) pore sizes, geometries, hydrophobicities ability achieve dual when embedded within PEG-containing thermogel matrices. After establishing that exert small influences on rheological properties thermogels penetration polymers into MOF pores solution, profiles ibuprofen caffeine as model hydrophobic hydrophilic drugs, respectively, from were investigated. Through these studies, elucidated important role matching between loaded drugs order component distinctly influence kinetics. These findings enabled us identify viable containing UiO-66 showed vastly kinetics caffeine, enabling temporally differentiated yet sustained be achieved. Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) represent a leading cause of premature mortality and disability worldwide, with their incidence expected to rise, potentially reaching 24 million deaths per year by 2030. These multifactorial diseases, including hypertension, coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, heart failure, are often linked metabolic disturbances such as diabetes, oxidative stress, endothelial dysfunction, inflammation. Natural compounds, caffeine, have been explored for potential therapeutic effects on CVDs. Caffeine, found in coffee, tea, cocoa, various energy drinks, is widely consumed psychoactive compound noted analgesic anti-inflammatory properties. Despite its long history use, caffeine’s impact cardiovascular health remains controversial, both beneficial harmful reported. This review examines the current literature caffeine (CVDs), an emphasis preclinical clinical studies, pharmacokinetic properties, molecular mechanisms it modulates. There evidence that moderate intake can be some CVDs, while other dyslipidemia, collected so far suggests could detrimental since increases total cholesterol levels. But variability dosage, patterns, individual factors (such genetics diet) complicates reliability results. Additionally, challenges related dose standardization absence consistent trial designs hinder full utilization CVD treatment. Nonetheless, appears safe individuals without significant conditions. Future research should aim well-designed studies precise patient cohorts standardized methodologies better assess role management.
