Hepatectomy is an effective surgical method for the treatment of liver diseases, but intraoperative bleeding and postoperative function recovery are still key issues. This study aims to develop a composite hydrogel dressing with excellent hemostatic properties, biocompatibility, ability promote cell regeneration. The modified gelatin matrix (GelMA, 10%) was mixed equal volumes sodium alginate-dopamine (Alg-DA) at concentrations 0.5%, 1%, 2%. Then cross-linking agent (0.1%) added prepare different hydrogels under UV light, named GelMA/Alg-DA-0.5, GelMA/Alg-DA-1 GelMA/Alg-DA-2, respectively. All prepared has porous structure porosity greater than 65%, could be stabilized in gel state after being cross-linked by ultraviolet light. Physicochemical characterization showed that elastic modulus, water absorption, adhesion, compressibility were improved increasing Alg-DA content. Furthermore, exhibits vitro degradability, good function. Among all tested groups, group performed best. To further enhance its application potential field regeneration, adipose-derived mesenchymal stem exosomes (AD-MSC-Exo) loaded into hydrogel. Under same conditions, GelMA/Alg-DA-1/Exo promoted proliferation migration more effectively without extracellular vesicles. In conclusion, AD-MSC-Exo great wound hemostasis

Craniofacial reconstruction faces many challenges, including high complexity, strong specificity, severe injury, irregular and complex wounds, risk of bleeding. Traditionally, the “gold standard” for treating craniofacial bone defects has been tissue transplantation, which involves transplantation bone, cartilage, skin, other tissues from parts body. However, shape cartilage structures varies greatly is distinctly different ordinary long bones. bones originate neural crest, while mesoderm. These factors contribute to poor effectiveness in repairing defects. Autologous mesenchymal stem cell exhibits excellent pluripotency, low immunogenicity, minimally invasive properties, considered a potential alternative Researchers have found that both craniofacial-specific cells body significant effects on restoration bones, adipose tissue. In addition, continuous development application engineering technology provide new ideas repair. With exploration by researchers technology, use autologous gradually accepted promoted. This article will review applications various types related repair reconstruction.
