Breast cancer (BC) is one of the most common cancers worldwide and a leading cause cancer-related deaths among women. The escalating incidence BC underscores necessity multi-level treatment. complex heterogeneous disease involving many genetic, lifestyle, environmental factors. Growing evidence suggests that nutrition intervention an evolving effective prevention treatment strategy for BC. In addition, human microbiota, particularly gut now widely recognized as significant player contributing to health or status. It also associated with risk development This review will focus on in BC, including dietary patterns, bioactive compounds, nutrients affect therapeutic responses both animal studies. From Egyptian mummies to the Chanel N° 5 perfume, aldehydes have been used for a long time and continue impact our senses in wide range of perfumes, foods, beverages. Aldehydes represent one categories volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which are categorized as chemicals with boiling points up 260 °C can be found indoor environments gaseous phase. Because their potential or known hazardous properties humans, World Health Organization (WHO)-Europe provided some guidelines that may prevent several health risks. Indeed, aldehydes, reported risky retired from market, such butylphenyl methylpropional (BMHCA). Background/Objectives: The synthesis of (E)-1-(1,3-diphenylallyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazoles and related compounds as anti-mitotic agents with activity in breast cancer was investigated. These were designed hybrids the microtubule-targeting chalcones, indanones, aromatase inhibitor letrozole. Methods: A panel 29 synthesized examined by a preliminary screening estrogen receptor (ER) progesterone (PR)-positive MCF-7 cells together cell cycle analysis tubulin polymerization inhibition. Results: (E)-5-(3-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)prop-1-en-1-yl)-2-methoxyphenol 22b identified potent antiproliferative compound an IC50 value 0.39 mM cells, 0.77 triple-negative MDA-MB-231 0.37 leukemia HL-60 cells. In addition, demonstrated sub-micromolar range against NCI 60 line including prostate, melanoma, colon, leukemia, non-small lung cancers. G2/M phase arrest induction apoptosis inhibition demonstrated. Immunofluorescence studies confirmed that targeted while computational docking predicted binding conformations for colchicine site tubulin. Compound also selectively inhibited aromatase. Conclusions: Based on results obtained, these novel are suitable candidates further investigation cancer.

Abstract Curcumin, a bioactive compound derived from Curcuma longa, has shown promising potential in breast cancer therapy due to its multitarget pharmacological effects. This study aimed explore the molecular mechanisms underlying curcumin's anticancer activity using an integrative computational approach, including predictive modeling, docking, and pathway enrichment analysis. Curcumin demonstrated strong binding affinities critical targets such as matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP9), protein kinase B (AKT1), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), signal transducer activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), which are implicated pathways regulating cell survival, proliferation, invasion, metastasis. Gene Ontology Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes analyses revealed ability modulate processes like apoptosis, inflammation, signaling, emphasizing therapeutic versatility. Molecular docking dynamics simulations further validated stable interactions with key targets. Complementing findings, vitro studies MCF-7 cells confirmed dose-dependent cytotoxic These results highlight complementary agent management, vivo needed substantiate clinical utility studies.
