Abstract
Hericium
erinaceus,

in
traditional
Chinese
medicine
for
its
extensive
health
benefits.

terpenoid
compounds
hericenones
and
erinacines,
derived
from
fruiting
bodies
cultured
mycelia
respectively,
have
particularly
highlighted
their
ability
to
stimulate
nerve

(NGF)
synthesis,
contributing
mushroom's
neuroprotective
properties.

study
focuses
on
metabolic
characterization
mycelium
using
Biolog
Phenotype
MicroArray
(PM)
technology,

high-throughput
method
analyzing
microbial
phenotypes.
