By facilitating the capture, organization, and dissemination of knowledge within beyond institution, management (KM) in higher education institutions (HEIs) fuels innovation, enhances research impact, strengthens collaboration, ultimately leading to creation new its valuable exchange. However, there is still much explore terms enablers creation, sharing, transfer. Therefore, this paper aims identify effective KM Polytechnique University Leiria, which serves as a benchmark for other due leadership role RUN-EU, consortium European universities. To achieve this, narrative analysis based on information from SCOPUS institute’s website, focusing research, development strategies, proposed. The findings suggest that initiatives be successful, they need strategically designed, culturally supported, technologically enabled, integrated into existing workflows.

Sharing global knowledge and practices while adapting them to local contexts is a central concern in innovation sustainable development. In this paper, we examined how intermediary organisations promoting can foster enable the diffusion adaptation of knowledge, open collaboration between universities, firms social innovators. We studied three longitudinal, interlinked cases from Finland, Mexico Nicaragua, moving highly industrialised emerging-economy contexts. traced intermediaries support developing cultures value co-creation by diffusing getting actors together, sharing activities supporting engagement organisations. Through observation, interviews, participatory action self-reflection, proposed stepwise generic model for adaptation. argued that all steps roles must co-exist achieve successful transfers, noted evolutionary nature process importance aligning interests actors. contributed development goals through within limitations addressing cases, proposing directions further research on capabilities actors,
