Purpose Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) significantly contribute to economic growth, development, exports employment of the nations. To maintain competitiveness in today's market, SMEs must explore identify enablers enhance their digital transformation process. This paper aims shed light on some essential can use implement resilience successfully. Design/methodology/approach The quantitative assessment validation have been done using powerful novel techniques, namely, Delphi method, “fuzzy interpretive structural modelling” (F-ISM) method “cross-impact matrix multiplication applied classification (MICMAC)” analysis. F-ISM model is developed information drawn from experts practitioners involved process for SMEs. Furthermore, provides four paths complete pathway resilience. Findings MICMAC analysis revealed ways These utilise these path assessments become digitally resilient present dynamic scenario. among SMEs, study identified ten enablers.
