Finally, we evaluated heterogeneity by subgroup analysis certainty evidence GRADE approach. We included eight studies from four countries. only pooled six measures. The estimated all 31.48% (two-studies, 95%CI: 25.82-37.43). Depression, insomnia, PTSD, memory alterations had 16.23% (three-studies, 7.18-27.93, I2: 94.22), 18.72% 11.65-26.97, 87.56), 43.07% 32.77-53.37, 92.61), 31.78% 14.33-52.40, 97.96), 38.24% 35.5-40.97), respectively. deemed high certainty. We suggest that should be prioritized research care public policies can support their identification prompt management improve quality life patients. Methods: Case-control study evaluating association between new use of ADs a previous infection, Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, Italy, from March 1, 2020, to July 19, 2022. Multiple conditional logistic regressions assess AD infection index date, stratified by gender, age anti-COVID-19 Odds Ratios (OR) 95% confidence intervals reported. Results : was associated with after infection. The disease positively growing risk being dispensed an AD, highest unvaccinated subjects previously hospitalised ICU (OR=28.77). using higher aged 65 years older, both females males. dispensation vaccinated not significant, exception over. Conclusions: Anti-COVID-19 vaccination, especially among elderly, might prevent post-COVID depressive symptoms. Clinicians should be aware that patients requiring hospitalisation are more likely experience these symptoms, given their ADs. Cluster analyses identified 4 functioning: High, Stable Functioning group (N = 77), Improvement 62), Progressive Impairment 83) Persistent Severe 78) respectively. We found that higher WSAS score T0 (B 0.43, p < .001), PHQ scores baseline >10 2.89, .05), not living alone was be protective factor -2.5, .05). Results provides insights into vulnerability individuals psychiatric disorders times crisis. Study findings can contribute better understanding specific needs this population inform interventions support strategies.
