Business dynamics have undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years, primarily driven by the digital revolution. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are recognized as cornerstone of economic growth development, their adaptability to this era is paramount.This empirical investigation explores complex relationship between entrepreneurs' awareness, perceptions, intentions influence on adoption digitalization, with focus initiatives Small Industries Development Bank India (SIDBI), which aims transform MSMEs digitally. Various constructs, such intentions, used evaluate small businesses. By examining levels we aim uncover fundamental factors that shape strategic choices regarding adoption.This study employs structural equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS adopts an explanatory survey method. It involved engaging Indian total 300 participants. Of these, 220 successfully submitted fully filled-out questionnaires Google Forms.It noteworthy examination research model revealed promising results meeting thresholds CFI, RMSEA, other similar measures. They have contributed the transformation of conventional service models into online solutions, offering accessibility efficiency through integration across various digital platforms. Nevertheless, existing literature is limited terms exploring potential chatbots business communication studying impact on customer's response. Purpose article: The main objective this study examine how consumers perceive as devices. The impact of urban e-commerce transformation on economic resilience can help a country improve its ability to resist risks and seize the initiative in development.
