This study delves into the nuanced process of calculus textbook selection by university mathematics lecturers. Drawing from a conceptual framework that encompasses various criteria, including culture-driven, student-driven, resource-driven, teacher-driven, mathematics-driven, and constraints-driven factors, research examines predominant criteria guiding lecturers’ choices. Data participating lecturers reveal multifaceted decision-making process. “Culture-driven selection” emerges as significant criterion, indicating influence curriculum committees. Additionally, educators prioritize “student-driven selection,” valuing accessibility contextualization, while also favoring textbooks with abundant resources problems. The underscores complexity selection, shedding light on how instructors navigate educational, commercial, student-centered considerations. These findings offer insights beneficial for authors publishers, useful creation aligned educators’ preferences.

Micro-lectures, i.e., short learning videos on a specific aspect of topic, have become one the most effective technology-based media approaches and were widely used during COVID-19 pandemic. However, in post-pandemic era starting from early 2022, as K-12 students been allowed to resume going school, it is necessary evaluate students’ intentions continuously use micro-lectures for mathematics. Therefore, this study aims explore attitudes continuous towards utilization micro-lectures. To investigate using micro-lectures, we utilized unified theory acceptance technology (UTAUT-2). Data collected 321 junior high school (14–17 years old) Bandung, Indonesia, who online classes learn mathematics A structural equation model was also analyze independent (performance expectancy, effort social influence, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation, habit) dependent (attitude intention) variables. Furthermore, questionnaires obtain data intention utilize post-COVID-19 era. The results suggested that expectancy (EE) motivation (HM) had significant effect attitudes, whose correlation with habit influenced period. Despite these results, variable found be factor influencing intention. These provide information teachers, schools, government increase based improving student performances

Dynamic mathematics software, such as GeoGebra, is one of the most important teaching and learning media. This kind software can help teachers teach mathematics, especially geometry, at elementary school level. However, use dynamic still very limited so far. study analyzed factors influencing teachers’ usage behavior software. Four independent variables, namely performance expectancy (PE), effort (EE), social influence (SI), facilitating conditions (FC) from united theory acceptance technology (UTAUT), were used to understand A questionnaire survey was conducted in Hunan Guangdong provinces China. Two hundred sixty-six provided valid data. The partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach analyze results showed that significantly affect biggest factor affected user behavior. moderating effects gender, major, training on all relationships conceptual model not significant. contributes by developing a providing new knowledge principals government about increase adoption

The integration of STEM education has been promoted to improve the quality in 21st century, with its usage leading emphasis on factors influencing intentions preservice teachers. Therefore, this study aims determine teachers’ intentions, as well effects gender and age implementation education. Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) was adopted predict relationship between knowledge, social influence, attitude, perceived usefulness, control, behavioral intention (BI) using among secondary school A total 30 item questionnaires were distributed 201 respondents, data being analyzed Structural Equation Model (SEM). results showed that usefulness had a positive significance, attitudes teachers toward Habit significance implementation. Subjective norms did not have significant correlation BI These are recommended for providing solutions analytical problems, successfully future learning through an educational approach.

Learning satisfaction has a relationship with student outcomes. Furthermore, this prompted many governments to increasingly implement STEM education-based learning. Many studies have examined the improvement of education by teachers. However, not analyzed education’s effect on students’ learning satisfaction. Extending planned behavior theory, study aimed predict high school education. The questionnaire developed from TPB model was filled out 174 students in Indonesia. AMOS and SPSS 23 software were used for structural equation analysis. results showed that seven twelve hypotheses supported. Subjective norm playfulness factors positively relate attitudes toward Attitude is most important factor influencing acceptance Therefore, provides theoretical practical contribution improving technology-based

The rapid development of technology has led to the change textbooks from printed digital forms accessible by students irrespective their location, thereby improving overall academic performance. This is appropriate sustainable learning program, where support online and can access material anywhere at any time. research aims analyze factors affecting intention elementary school teachers use textbooks. Quantitative data were collected measured 493 in Riau, Indonesia, analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). results showed that performance expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), Perceived opportunities (PLO), Self-efficacy (SE), Facilitating Condition (FC) positively affected teachers’ SI was found be factor with greatest effect on BI. However, attitude, affective need (AN), ICT usage habits, gender, age, education level did not affect provides important information for government, decision-makers, schools future.

Existing empirical research has demonstrated the positive effects of flipping classroom to improve student motivation and achievement by in-class learning content pre-class. However, flipped approach requires that students be engaged motivated in pre-class stage ensure activities run smoothly. Previous studies have highlighted difficulties often encounter when trying learn Chinese characters language classes, especially those who are early stages language. Therefore, this study, a gamified interactive e-book was developed used for character learning. To evaluate effectiveness approach, pre-test post-test control group experimental design used. The participants were 90 s-grade from public primary school Zhengzhou, China, randomly assigned two groups one group: (GIEFC group), traditional (TFC teaching (TTC group). results indicated GIEFC scored higher than TFC TTC terms achievements motivation. In addition, also e-books Future could explore variety different types game elements as well extension other subjects.

<p>Dynamic mathematics software, such as GeoGebra, is a kind of subject-specific digital tool used for enabling users to create mathematical objects and operate them dynamically interactively, which very suitable teaching learning at all school levels, especially the secondary level. However, limited research has focused on how multiple influencing factors teachers' usage behavior dynamic software work together. Based unified theory acceptance use technology (UTAUT) model, combined with concept self-efficacy, this study proposed conceptual model analyze software. Valid questionnaire data were provided by 393 teachers in Hunan province China analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that social influence, performance expectancy effort significantly positively affected behavioral intentions influence was greatest influential factor. In meantime, facilitating conditions, self-efficacy intention had significant positive effects conditions Results from multi-group analysis indicated gender experience did not have moderating relationships model. major effect relationship between behavior, well behavior. addition, training intention. The Chinese government is also increasing the of ICT tools in education sector because they relate university students’ learning outcomes. Several universities China provide tablet computer facilities as for their students. These are widely used country have many benefits educational settings. For instance, paperless, practical, and portable support sustainable education. Although tablets benefits, not necessarily accepted by Knowing factors influencing intention tool increases effective utilization college Therefore, this study aimed determine predicted actual usage computers urban rural areas. It combined TTF model Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology 2 (UTAUT-2). sample comprised 232 214 Data were analyzed using partial least squares statistical technique examine structural test initial hypothesis. results showed that village influenced hedonic motivation task technology fit.
