A Digital Twin (DT) is a digital copy of real-world object or process. Although DT has gained traction in construction, its relationship with sustainable success remains insufficiently studied. This research addresses this gap by investigating barriers to implementing construction. The study employs hybrid approach involving literature review, expert interviews, and modeling techniques, data collected from 108 construction experts based on number criteria, including the experience, degree, familiarity about Hong Kong building sector Kong. findings reveal 45 categorized into six clusters, notable obstacles such as "legacy systems," "data uncertainties," "connectivity." key clusters identified are "performance" "security," while "social" aspect least supported. Recognising these challenges assists decision-makers navigating utilising for environmentally conscious streamlined processes, positive societal impacts. Future could delve integrating sustainability throughout project lifecycle using technology adoption theories.

Although sustainability has been an issue in the built environment for some time, it not yet fully addressed sustainable interior architecture and design. This research aimed to identify analyze obstacles preventing design implementation. As a result, partial least structural equation modeling approach (PLS-SEM) requested evaluate these obstructions. Therefore, after identifying 30 possible barriers through literature search, survey questionnaire was issued 100 designers their significance. According findings, governmental are most pressing, followed by those related information, knowledge, awareness, technology, training, attitudes, market, economics. study’s conclusions may benefit professional architects, designers, academics, statutory authorities, administrations, politicians. Significant weather-induced delays often plague construction projects in India’s extremely cold regions, yet comprehensive studies addressing this issue remain scarce. This study aims to fill gap by identifying key delay factors and proposing mitigation strategies for the industry. Through an extensive literature review, 42 were identified categorized into four groups. A survey of 83 experts from regions was conducted evaluate these factors’ significance contractors subcontractors. Employing exploratory factor analysis (EFA), structural equation modeling (SEM), artificial neural networks (ANN), analyzed relationships between ranked their impact. The findings reveal that snowfall, rainfall, low temperatures are most significant contributors delays, with snowfall being influential (significance: 1.000), followed rainfall (0.890) (0.790). research establishes a risk hierarchy develops predictive model facilitate proactive scheduling challenging tasks during favorable seasons. advances understanding offers valuable insights project management such climates.
