A
Digital
Twin
(DT)
is
a
digital

real-world

has
gained
traction
in
construction,
its
relationship

sustainable
success
remains

studied.

barriers
to
implementing
construction.

study
employs
hybrid
approach
involving
literature
review,
expert
interviews,
and
modeling
techniques,
data
collected
from

construction
experts
based
on
number
criteria,
including
the
experience,
degree,
familiarity
about
Hong
Kong
building
sector

modular
construction
(MC)
is
well-established
in
developed
countries
and
known
to
promote
sustainability.

Significant
weather-induced
delays
often
plague
construction
projects
in
India’s
extremely
cold
regions,
yet
comprehensive
studies
addressing
this
issue
remain
scarce.
This
study
aims
to
fill
gap
by
identifying
key
delay
factors
and
proposing
mitigation
strategies
for
the
industry.
Through
an
extensive
literature
review,
42
were
identified
categorized
into
four
groups.

survey

83
experts
from
regions
