ABSTRACTBuilding on the Flow theory and Stimulus-Organism-Response framework, this study investigates impact of online platforms’ technological environment communicator competence learners’ continuance intentions communication channel satisfaction mediated by virtual experience. Data collected from undergraduate postgraduate students in North Cyprus Lithuania were used to assess proposed relationships utilizing structural equation modeling. The results indicated that has a significant experience while Lithuanian context only. Moreover, findings revealed intention satisfaction. This paper presents a longitudinal analysis of cloud computing adoption in educational contexts from 2012 to 2024, examining how these technologies have progressed through Gartner's Hype Cycle stages become mainstream tools. Building upon initial research conducted 2012, we integrate recent scholarly developments construct comprehensive framework for understanding technology integration education. Through systematic patterns, identify regional variations between Eastern European and Western institutions, highlighting the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated trajectories.
