Postbiotics are bioactive substances that useful and produced during fermentation in the matrix. under a fragile balance our body, excessive metabolities, may it be from any origin has potential to hamper or interfere number of physiological processes body. As an innovative approach, can used improve immune tolerance treat food allergy particularly infants children. classified on basis structure (peptides, teichoic acis plasmalogens), elemental composition (as carbohydrates), proteins (p40, p75 molecule, lactocepin), vitamins (B-group), lipids (butyrates, acetate, lactate, propionates), organic acids (such as 3-phenyllactic acid propionic) different complex molecules lipoteichoic acids, peptidoglycan-derived muropeptides). Postbiotics, mentioned above have been shown immunological effects by increasing mucin levels encouraging production claudin occluding. Moreover, studies highlight postbiotics promising remedy for prevention gastrointestinal diseases is also considered treatment technique with lesser unfavourable side effects, especially children infants. However, future head-to-head will necessary determine best parent cell strains, postbiotic dosages, inexpensive comparison other medications. Abstract Macroscopic fungi, mainly higher basidiomycetes and some ascomycetes, are considered medicinal mushrooms have long been used in different areas due to their pharmaceutically/nutritionally valuable bioactive compounds. However, the low production of these metabolites considerably limits utilization both commerce clinical trials. As a result, many attempts, ranging from conventional methods novel approaches, made improve production. The strategies include conducting omics investigations, constructing genome-scale metabolic models, engineering. So far, genomics combined use studies most utilized analyses mushroom research (both with 31% contribution), while metabolomics (with 4% contribution) is least. This article first attempt for reviewing investigations ultimate aim compound overproduction. In this regard, role systems biology elucidating biosynthetic pathways compounds contribution engineering will be highlighted. Also, limitations overcoming them provided order facilitate overproduction organisms.

Phellinus linteus (PL) growth depends on environmental conditions such as light intensity, humidity, temperature, and CO 2 . This research investigated the of PL their bioactive activities in fruiting body from different locations Top, Middle, Bottom zones mushroom farm, harvested at cultivation times, up to 18 months. Results showed that weights increased 9.35 g/fruiting 46.89 growths each location were not significantly during 12 months, while a bit higher zone was observed The temperature 30-35°C with high humidity (83-100%). indicated than other two zones. bioactivity extracts 3-18 months non-significant difference both TPC, antioxidant analyzed by DPPH. extract presented an anti-inflammatory effect comparable medicine diclofenac. potential applications inhibit cancer; particularly, low survival rate cell cancer present its possible use functional ingredient. Further studies toxicity normal cells would benefit application extract.
