Abstract
Mediterranean
diet
includes
fermented
dairy
products
like
yogurt
and
cheese.
These
foods
provide
calcium,
phosphorus,
fat,
carbohydrates
protein,

nutrients

various
systems

bone,
cardiovascular
system,
intermediary
metabolism,
cancer,
central
nervous
inflammation.
