Objective: Stress among college students contributes to and results from poor sleep. We created a brief, remotely-delivered sleep hygiene intervention tested whether it improved reduced disturbance stress, compared education control condition. Participants: studied 108 racially/ethnically diverse undergraduates (76.9% females, 18.5% males, 1.9% nonbinary, prefer not disclose). Methods: Baseline two-week follow-up questionnaires assessed hygiene, disturbance, perceived stress. ANCOVAs conditions at follow-up; mediation analyses explored the stress through Results: Compared controls, (both p < .001, ηp2 = 0.21, large effects) lowered (p .006, 0.07, medium effect). This study aimed to examine the association between chronotype, eating jetlag, and misalignment with weight status among Malaysian adults during COVID-19 restriction. online cross-sectional included 175 working recruited from March July 2020. The chronotype was assessed using Morningness Eveningness Questionnaire (MEQ) while jetlag mealtime variability were measured Chrononutrition Profile (CPQ). Objective The present systematic review aims to assess the impact of COVID19 pandemic on sleep quality students.Methods An electronic search was performed in databases and gray literature for articles published up January 2022. results included observational studies that assessed through validated questionnaires, comparing moments pre postCOVID19 pandemic. risk bias using Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Assessment Checklist. Grading Assessment, Development Evaluation (GRADE) used certainty scientific evidence. The present study sought to examine associations between anxiety sensitivity and both sleep physical activity among college students, who are particularly vulnerable disturbance, decreased activity, the development of psychopathology, especially in wake COVID-19 pandemic. Participants were 683 students (Mage = 20.33, SD 3.58; 72% female; 70.3% White) completed self-report measures online for course credit. Results indicated that after controlling effects age, gender identity, race, greater disturbance was significantly associated with higher overall (7% unique variance; β 0.27, t 6.67, p < .001) as well its three subdomains (physical concerns: 4% 0.21, 4.97, .001; cognitive 6% 0.25, 6.17, social 0.26, 6.22, .001). College students’ social and eating jet lags chronotypes may be related to irregular habits. Therefore, we examined the relationship between lags, chronotypes, variability in first last mealtimes, non-eating duration, as well effects of snacking dinner bedtime on mealtime variation. A total 1900 Japanese male college students were recruited this study. Mean wake-up time, bedtime, sleeping snacks meals, midpoint chronotype calculated. This study aims to assess the chrononutrition behaviors, circadian parameters, and meal distribution of dietary intake according chronotypes. included 362 adults (51.1% females 48.9% males). 24-hour recalls were performed separately for weekdays weekends. Chrono nutritional behaviours, Night Eating Questionnaire, Pittsburg's Sleep Quality Index Morningness-Eveningness Questionnaire performed.
