In
recent
years,
although
life
expectancy
has
increased
significantly,
non-communicable
diseases
(NCDs)
continue
to
pose
a
significant
threat

global
population.
Therefore,
eating
habits
have
been
recognized
as
key
modifiable
factors
that
influence
people’s

well-being.
For
this
reason,
it
is
interesting
study
dietary
patterns,
since
human
diet

compounds,
can
modulate
multiple
physiological
processes,

immune
function,
metabolism,

Background
This
study
