Abstract Numerous pharmacological effects of quercetin have been illustrated, including antiinflammation, antioxidation, and anticancer properties. In recent years, the antioxidant activity has extensively reported, in particular, its impacts on glutathione, enzyme activity, signaling transduction pathways, reactive oxygen species (ROS). Quercetin also demonstrated to exert a striking antiinflammatory effect mainly by inhibiting production cytokines, reducing expression cyclooxygenase lipoxygenase, preserving integrity mast cells. By regulating oxidative stress inflammation, which are regarded as two critical processes involved defense regular physiological operation biological systems, validated be effective treating variety disorders. Symptoms these reactions linked degenerative metabolic disorders, syndrome, cardiovascular, neurodegeneration, cancer, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Despite that evidence demonstrates antioxidants employed prevent excessive inflammatory processes, there still concerns regarding expense, accessibility, side agents. Notably, natural products, especially those derived from plants, widely accessible, affordable, generally safe. this review, abilities active ingredient application stress‐related disorders outlined detail.

The complex and multi-stage processes of carcinogenesis are accompanied by a number phenomena related to the potential involvement various chemopreventive factors, which include, among others, compounds natural origin such as flavonols. use flavonols is not only promising but also recognized strategy for cancer treatment. impact on arises from their ability act antioxidants, impede proliferation, promote cell death, inhibit angiogenesis, regulate immune system through in diverse forms cellular death. So far, molecular mechanisms underlying regulation apoptosis, autophagy, necroptosis, pyroptosis, ferroptosis, cuproptosis occurring with participation have remained incompletely elucidated, results studies carried out so far ambiguous. For this reason, one therapeutic goals initiate death altered cells quercetin, kaempferol, myricetin, isorhamnetin, galangin, fisetin, morin. This article offers an extensive overview recent research these compounds, focusing particularly role combating elucidating governing cuproptosis. Assessment anticancer effects therapy targeting types pathways may prove useful developing new regimens counteracting resistance previously used treatments.

Complex phytonutrients (CPS) have attracted extensive interest due to their anti-inflammatory effects. This investigation focused on the impact of CPS rumen health in lambs high-concentrate diets, emphasizing growth performance, ruminal fermentation, epithelial barrier integrity, metabolism, and microbial communities. A total 54 lambs, 3 months old with a 30.42 ± 0.54 kg body weight, were randomly assigned three treatment groups, six replicates per replicate. The received basal diet (the ratio concentrate forage was 75:25) without supplementation (CON) or inclusion 2.5 g/kg (CPS2.5) 5.0 (CPS5.0) for 60 days. groups exhibited increased performance improved fermentation parameters. Mechanistically, enhanced function, thereby lowering inflammation inhibiting overactivation JNK/p38 MAPK signaling pathway, effect CPS5.0 better than that CPS2.5. Notably, could optimize composition microbiota increase levels Ursolic acid other metabolites. strong associations between bacteria health-related indicators differential metabolites further highlighted. Our findings suggest adding lambs’ diets has widespread positive impacts, including reduced mRNA relative expression apoptosis-related genes, beneficial changes microbiome metabolite profiles.

Abstract This review focuses on the potential ameliorative effects of polyphenolic compounds derived from human diet hepatic diseases. It discusses molecular mechanisms and recent advancements in clinical applications. Edible polyphenols have been found to play a therapeutic role, particularly liver injury, fibrosis, NAFLD/NASH, HCC. In regulation exhibit anti‐inflammatory antioxidant effects, primarily targeting TGF‐β, NF‐κB/TLR4, PI3K/AKT, Nrf2/HO‐1 signaling pathways. effectively reverse fibrotic process by inhibiting activation stellate cells (HSC). Furthermore, show efficacy against NAFLD/NASH lipid oxidation accumulation, mediated through AMPK, SIRT, PPARγ Moreover, several anti‐HCC activity suppressing tumor cell proliferation metastasis. inhibition involves blocking Akt Wnt signaling, as well epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT). Additionally, trials nutritional evidence support notion that certain can improve disease associated metabolic disorders. However, further fundamental research are warranted validate dietary polyphenols.
