Nipah,

termasuk

genus
palm
menghasilkan
nira
manis.
Melihat
potensi
itu
maka
pangabdian
ini
dilakukan,
tujuan
melakukan
diversifikasi
usaha
GKN,
menggunakan
bahan
baku
dari
sadapan
tanaman
nipah.
Metode
digunakan
pengabdian
adalah
kegiatan
observasi,
analisis,
pelatihan
dan
pengarahan.
Hasil
pendampingan
peningkatan
ilmu
pengetahuan,
kemampuan
ketrampilan
anggota
GKN
bersujud
berkaitan
pengalahan
pohon
nipah
untuk
menjadi
gula
rendah
kalori.

Pomegranate
juice
concentrate
(PJC)
is
a
rich
source
of
polyphenols,
which
exhibit
significant
antioxidant
activity
and
potential
health
benefits
for
disease
prevention
therapy.
In
this
study,
the
polyphenolic
profile
PJC
was
investigated

anti-inflammatory,
hepatoprotective,
nephroprotective,
anti-mutagenic
anti-cancer
activities,

to
its
positive
effects
on
male

fertility.
