Nipah, sebuah tumbuhan yang dapat tumbuh pada daerah payau sampai dengan mangrove, juga pasang-surut laut. Nipah termasuk dalam genus palm menghasilkan nira manis. Melihat potensi itu maka pangabdian ini dilakukan, tujuan melakukan diversifikasi usaha GKN, menggunakan bahan baku dari sadapan tanaman nipah. Metode digunakan pengabdian adalah kegiatan observasi, analisis, pelatihan dan pengarahan. Hasil pendampingan peningkatan ilmu pengetahuan, kemampuan ketrampilan anggota GKN bersujud berkaitan pengalahan pohon nipah untuk menjadi gula rendah kalori. Pomegranate juice concentrate (PJC) is a rich source of polyphenols, which exhibit significant antioxidant activity and potential health benefits for disease prevention therapy. In this study, the polyphenolic profile PJC was investigated first time, it found that can inhibit oxidative damage to bovine serum albumin (BSA) deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), as well acetylcholinesterase, α-amylase, tyrosinase activities. The primary polyphenols identified in were 4-Hydroxy-3-Methoxybenzoate, epicatechin, catechin, rutin, ferulic acid, P-coumaric cinnamic acid. Additionally, demonstrated potent antibacterial effects against human pathogens such Streptococcus mutans Aeromonas hydrophila dose-dependently reduced proliferation colorectal, breast, hepatic cancer cells via apoptosis. Furthermore, blocked B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCl-2) expression cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor (P21) enhanced tumor protein (P53) expression, compared both untreated treated with fluoropyrimidine 5-fluorouracil (5-FU). As result, may be beneficial ingredient formulation emerging natural-compound-based chemotherapy functional foods could utilized by food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical industries.

Phoenix dactylifera L. (date palm) is the most significant member of palm family (Arecaceae), particularly in Middle East and Arab World. It a valuable source both primary secondary metabolites including sugars, amino acids, phenolic flavonoids, proanthocyanidins, carotenoids, phytosterols, terpenes sphingolipids, besides vitamins minerals. Besides, it possesses wide array pharmacologic activities viz. immunomodulatory, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, nephroprotective, anti-mutagenic anti-cancer activities, addition to its positive effects on male female fertility. Further research still required deeply understand clinical implications, especially concerning women's health. Moreover, there are other species that need be investigated learn more about their undiscovered phytochemical components biological activities.

Breast cancer (BC) is the most common malignancy, and conventional medicine has failed to establish efficient treatment modalities. Conventional due lack of knowledge mechanisms that underpin onset metastasis tumors, as well resistance regimen. However, Complementary Alternative (CAM) modalities are currently drawing attention both public health professionals. Our study examined effect a super-combination (SC) crude extracts, which were isolated from three selected Qatari medicinal plants, on proliferation, motility death BC cells. results revealed SC attenuated cell growth caused MDA-MB-231 cells when compared human normal neonatal fibroblast On other hand, functional assays showed reduced migration invasion, respectively. Objective: Now a day's cancerous diseases are the most prevalent life threatening that spreading because of lifestyle. Its due to uncontrolled growth cell which can be cured if diagnosed in early stage. Treatment cancer depends on various internal and external factors causing cancer. The main objective this study is using herbal based medicine manage breast cancer, second common type world. Methods: In study, anticancer effect two Iraqi date palm part extracts (leaves fruits) against panel lines (AMJ13و MCF7, MDA-MB-231, CAL51) vitro evaluate their possible antitumor safety normal line (MEF). Results: Phoenix dactylifera (dray Zahdi) fresh leave extract showed highly cytotoxic effects all lines. leaves was concentration dependent cytotoxicity after 72 h exposure time. Leave effective AMJ13 line. concentrations both cells ranged from 2500-20000 μg/ ml with inhibition percentage (66.7, 70.6, 53, 54%). While MDA-MB, CAL51 were less significant only at (10000- 20000 ml) 64.3, 64.3% respectively 40, 50% 44.0, 52.0% CAL51. dray fruit has no cells. Both have fibroblast Conclusion: conclusion, shows promising properties while direct effect.
