Abstract The prevalence of centenarians, people who lived 100 years and longer, is steadily growing in the last decades. This exceptional longevity based on multifaceted processes influenced by a combination intrinsic extrinsic factors such as sex, (epi-)genetic factors, gut microbiota, cellular metabolism, exposure to oxidative stress, immune status, cardiovascular risk environmental lifestyle behavior. Epidemiologically, incidence rate diseases reduced healthy centenarians along with late onset age-related compared general aged population. Understanding mechanisms that affect vascular ageing underlying could offer valuable insights for developing strategies improve overall life span elderly. review discusses these key influencing how their modulation foster longevity.

The development of enriched fermented milk products is an actual direction the food industry at present time. aim work was to develop a technology, investigate properties and quality indicators dairy product using hawthorn fruits, grape seed oil (GSO) lactulose syrup. Organoleptic, physicochemical microbiological parameters were carried out in laboratory Department Technology Milk Dairy Products.
