Anaerobic fermentation fibers produces short-chain fatty acids (SCFA) that have an anti-inflammatory role great importance shaping microbiota. Factors associated with fiber plant-based promote increased insulin sensitivity. Insulin insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-I) act as promoters normal pre-neoplastic tissues.
