Abstract Microbial transglutaminase (mTG) is a bacterial survival factor, frequently used as food additive to glue processed nutrients. As result, new immunogenic epitopes are generated that might drive autoimmunity. Presently, its contribution autoimmunity through epitope similarity and cross-reactivity was investigated. Emboss Matcher perform sequence alignment between mTG various antigens implicated in many autoimmune diseases. Monoclonal polyclonal antibodies made specifically against were applied 77 different human tissue using ELISA. Six detected share significant homology with sequences, representing major targets of common conditions. Polyclonal antibody reacted significantly 17 out antigens. This reaction most pronounced mitochondrial M2, ANA, extractable nuclear The results indicate possible, supporting the relationship development disorders. 150W

Long COVID-19 affects a significant percentage of survivors and is characterized by wide range symptoms, including weariness mental fog as well emotional symptoms like worry sadness. closely linked to the autoimmune disorders that are becoming more prevalent worldwide immune system hyperactivation, neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) development, molecular mimicry pathways. Long-term COVID-related responses include watchful system, altered innate adaptive cells, autoantigens secreted living or dead neutrophils, high concentrations autoantibodies directed against different proteins. The microbiome, which consists billions bacteria in human body, essential for controlling supporting overall health. microbiome can affect course long-term COVID-associated autoimmunity, degree illness, rate recovery, onset reactions. Although precise role long COVID autoimmunity still being investigated, new studies indicate probiotics, prebiotics, dietary changes—interventions target microbiome—may be able reduce reactions enhance outcomes survivors. It clear research required precisely understand how COVID-19-related create tailored treatment plans.

Cytokines highly contribute into the process of Mediated immune responses and its role is evident with discovery cytokines as key biomarkers in healthcare field. It examines current cytokine assay conditions, which are critical for diagnosis, prognosis treatment monitoring. The review must include problems standardization, variability, clinical implementation., but will demonstrate probability personalized medicine, therapeutic gains well. Future directions studies expected to capitalize on recently emerged technological applications, network-based determinations, precision medicine-oriented approaches that be employed aid patients enhance diseases.

A critical unanswered question is what causing the increase in prevalence of autoimmunity and autoimmune diseases around world. Given rapidity change, this likely result major recent alterations our exposures to environmental risk factors for these diseases. More evidence becoming available that evolution disease, years or even decades making, results from multiple alter susceptible genomes immune systems over time. Exposures during sensitive phases key developmental hormonal periods may set stage effects later exposures. It synergistic additive impacts exposure mixtures chronic low‐level inflammation. This inflammation eventually pass thresholds lead system activation autoimmunity, with further molecular pathologic changes, complete clinical syndrome emerges. Much work remains be done define mechanisms protective conditions. However, points a variety pollutants, xenobiotics, infections, occupational exposures, medications, smoking, psychosocial stressors, changes diet, obesity, exercise, sleep patterns, as well climate change increased heat, storms, floods, wildfires, droughts, UV radiation, malnutrition, changing possible contributors. Substantial investments defining role causal factors, whom when their are most important, necessary sufficient gene‐environment interactions, improved diagnostics therapies, preventive strategies needed now limit many negative personal, societal, financial will otherwise occur.
