The quantitative analysis of nucleic acid markers is extensively utilized in cancer detection. However, it faces significant challenges, such as the need for specialized detection devices and inherent complexity testing procedures. To address these issues, this study proposes a simplified, rapid, user-friendly platform marker We firstly designed polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) device isothermal amplification reaction biomarkers based on reverse-transcription recombinase-aided (RT-RAA) technology. Specifically, three potential biomarkers, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), prostate-specific (PSA), prostate 3 (PCA3) were amplified from human serum or urine samples PDMS at body temperature. chamber was directly integrated with test strips labeled colloidal gold nanoparticles, allowing visual observation results products. optimal conditions, pH, time, antibody, streptavidin concentration, defined after series optimization studies. findings demonstrated that RT-RAA time 20 min, primary antibodies to greatest extent pH 8.5, concentrations secondary antibody 1.0 mg/mL 0.5 mg/mL, respectively. Furthermore, novel approach could not only exhibit excellent sensitivity specificity but also show high accuracy both clinical samples. Therefore, simplified more convenient operation provides new insight semi-quantitative rapid screening early cancer, thereby offering promising alternative oncological point-of-care (POCT) diagnostics.

β-parvalbumin (β-PV) is the primary fish allergen responsible for most allergic reactions in individuals sensitive to fish. To ensure food safety, a sandwich-based magnetic immunoassay was developed using maleimide-functionalized beads (NH-MBs). Specific anti-β-PV antibodies were immobilized on these MBs, and screen-printed carbon electrode employed as electrochemical transducer.
