wine

oldest

most
important
agricultural
activities
worldwide,
but
winemaking
process
leads
to
vast

Viticulture

by-products
have

bioactive
molecules,
including
polyphenols,
prebiotic
fibers,
organic
acids,
minerals.
While
research
on
specific
human
health
effects

residues
(pomace,
seeds,

ongoing,

data
suggest
potential

normal
dysbiotic
gut
microbiota
(GM)
using
polyphenol-rich
