In this paper, we investigated the role of generative AI in education academic publications extracted from Web Science (3506 records; 2019–2024). The proposed methodology included three main streams: (1) Monthly analysis trends; top-ranking research areas, keywords and universities; frequency over time; a keyword co-occurrence map; collaboration networks; Sankey diagram illustrating relationship between AI-related terms, publication years areas; (2) Sentiment using custom list words, VADER TextBlob; (3) Topic modeling Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). Terms such as “artificial intelligence” “generative artificial were predominant, but they diverged evolved time. By 2024, applications had branched into specialized fields, including educational research, computer science, engineering, psychology, medical informatics, healthcare sciences, general medicine surgery. sentiment reveals growing optimism regarding education, with steady increase positive 2023 to while maintaining predominantly neutral tone. Five topics derived based on an most relevant terms by LDA: Gen-AI’s impact research; ChatGPT tool for university students teachers; Large language models (LLMs) prompting computing education; (4) Applications patient (5) ChatGPT’s performance examinations. identified several emerging topics: discipline-specific application LLMs, multimodal gen-AI, personalized learning, peer or tutor cross-cultural multilingual tools aimed at developing culturally content supporting teaching lesser-known languages. Further, gamification involves designing interactive storytelling adaptive games enhance engagement hybrid human–AI classrooms explore co-teaching dynamics, teacher–student relationships classroom authority.

One of the main challenges in higher education management is complexity resource optimization and increasing volumes data, which limits efficiency accuracy decision-making. The application artificial intelligence can address these issues.The present study aims to identify key trends, knowledge gaps, opportunities for further research into economic effects using ChatGPT tools education. For this purpose, a systematic literature review was conducted screen scientific articles related topic indexed Web Science Scopus from 1986 2024. A total 234 were selected, all demonstrating positive growth both scholarly output citation count. identified contributors on by region (the United States, China, India). It concluded that relevant centers are still at an early stage their development. Based bibliometric clusters formed co-occurrence relations, three areas defined: 1) decision-making; 2) process automation digital transformation educational institutions; 3) technologies highlights education, including reducing administrative costs, saving time teachers students, improving quality accessibility process. Purpose Integrating social comparison and identity theories, this study aims to examine students’ emotional behavioral responses the use of ChatGPT in academic settings, focusing on intrinsic motivation, dissonance, envy, schadenfreude artificial intelligence (AI) usage intentions. Design/methodology/approach The research design consisted two sequential survey-based studies with undergraduate business students. Virtual Reality (VR) technology has significantly advanced, creating new opportunities for immersive user interactions, yet the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbots in these environments remains underexplored. As VR becomes more prevalent, it is crucial to investigate how AI can enhance engagement and interaction within virtual spaces. This study addresses this need by evaluating impact on experience. Our findings reveal that deployed settings improve delivering dynamic contextually relevant responses, which leads higher satisfaction compared traditional interfaces. In educational settings, the socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization (SECI) model promotes collaboration, creation of new knowledge, integration individual collective experiences, thereby enriching learning with greater depth meaning. The objective this study was to identify factors that contribute optimal development SECI through use ChatGPT, understand their interaction. experiment included undergraduate students business sciences at public private universities in Cusco, Huancayo, Lima, Peru. were divided into control experimental groups, 100 each group. main selection criteria prior knowledge willingness ChatGPT being enrolled a finance course. phases evaluated using group discussions, brainstorming sessions, manual, assessments, exploring impact usage on learning. A comparison description phase conducted. Results revealed while improved quality interaction externalization compared group, it did not have notable combination or knowledge. multinomial logistic regression analyzed phase. Findings showed without explained 63.4 % change internalization, 41.3 %. positive correlation observed between performance tests during phases. Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed personal and professional domains by enabling creative content generation problem-solving. However, the influence of users’ grammatical abilities on AI-generated responses remains unclear. This exploratory study examines how language grammar in Spanish affect quality from ChatGPT (version 3.5). La recente crisi pandemica provocata dalla diffusione del COVID-19 ha determinato un'escalation di rinnovato interessamento globale nei confronti una progressiva digitalizzazione dei vari percorsi formativi. Infatti, grazie agli studi prodotti comunità scientifica pedagogica, diversi contributi hanno messo in luce i vantaggi derivanti da maggiore integrazione dell'e-learning all'interno delle università. Considerando la nuova frontiera dell'innovazione, determinata principalmente dai sistemi Intelligenza Artificiale (AI), ci si domanda quale misura queste nuove tecnologie innovative possano tradursi interfacce utili per gli studenti. Attraverso il metodo della literature review verranno confrontate riflessioni e analisi condotte sia a livello nazionale che internazionale. L'obiettivo è un focus sul ruolo potranno avere personalizzazione formativi degli studenti, senza tralasciare possibili rischi dietro utilizzo integrato questi tutor virtuali.

Ayrıca, üniversitelerin zekâ entegrasyonu sırasında karşılaşabilecekleri altyapı eksiklikleri, etik sorunlar erişim eşitsizlikleri gibi zorluklara yönelik stratejiler tartışılmaktadır. çalışma betimleyici araştırma olup üniversitelerde odaklanmaktadır; öğrenme yöntemleri süreçleri üzerindeki olası etkileri, fırsatları zorlukları alarak bu süreçte nasıl adaptasyon stratejisi geliştirmeleri gerektiğini tartışmaktadır. Çalışma, ayrıca geleceğin üniversitelerine etkisini anlamak teknolojinin eğitim süreçlerindeki rolünü optimize etmek için rehber olarak düşünülebilir.
