Background: High school students often view career planning as a task for college, but initiating this process during high is crucial continuous self-discovery. This approach aims to enable citizens navigate the complexities of ever-changing labor market effectively.Method: Descriptive and exploratory research methodologies, strategically chosen identify problems illuminate current marketing conditions practices within realm higher secondary schools. Career choice is a highly complex process. The growth in the number, nature, and overlap between occupations creates more multifaceted career landscape, especially for young people. This study expands Social Cognitive Theory (SCCT) by developing model that includes additional factors influencing choices, such as self-efficacy, exploration, social support. In the past, shift in career patterns and unprecedented disruptions caused by events such as COVID-19 have posed notable challenges for job seekers. This holds particularly true college students who are preparing to enter workforce. this context, enhancing adaptability plays a vital role shaping their development. The primary objective of research was investigate relationship between education skills among 273 undergraduate China. Abstract We investigated the relationship between self-efficacy and career development via subjective well-being of students majoring in physical education. Life satisfaction, positive affect, negative affect were componennts well-being. Participants 1381 adolescents with major education an age range 18–22 years (Mage = 19.5 ± 1; females 34.76%). Hayes PROCESS model was used to develop a multiple mediation model. The results suggest that higher leads better development. Further, significant mediating role played by case exploration, but life-satisfaction is not mediator. Conversely, life satisfaction are mediators adaptability not. findings benefit field.

Career commitment refers to individuals’ dedication their career; in the field of vocational psychology, career is considered a vital factor for promoting sustainable career. The current study examined mediation model concern related with exploration and Decision-Making Self-Efficacy (CDMSE) as two mediators. participants were 1105 high school students (males = 594, females 511) recruited from three main cities Jiangsu Province, China. Results indicated that hypotheses all confirmed: direct effect on was significant (β 0.598, p < 0.001); indirect through CDMSE also 0.255, mediated relation commitment. Few studies have continuously examined the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy variables and career-related in South Korea’s specific cultural context. As modern society experiences rapid changes, the unpredictability of labor market is increasing. University students preparing to join workforce may experience increased anxiety and stress due heightened uncertainty regarding their career plans. Regulating such negative emotions adjusting changing circumstances influence development. Thus, current study aimed investigate relationship between cognitive emotion regulation (CER) — specifically adaptive CER maladaptive decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE), with adaptability (CA) as a mediating factor. The path analysis model consisting CER, CA, CDMSE was tested 357 Korean university who were facing school-to-work transition. results follows.
