design
and
implementation
of
public
health
policy

state
innovation
capacity
with

effectiveness,

Previous
studies,

failed
to
incorporate
these
relationships

study
aims
combine
two
distinct
scholarships
examine
whether
the
quality
policies
in
sector
contributes
capacity.

extracted
data
from
WHO
international
regulatory
dataset
covering
Member
States
between
2010
2017

relationship

fixed-effects
models
regression
discontinuity
(RDD)
