Career is an important aspect of human life and its stability determined by Decision-making Self Efficacy (CDSE). This study aims to compare high school students' CDSE between those living in industrial agrarian areas. Subjects this were 309 students vocational from both Data collected using the CDSE-SF instrument developed Nancy E. Betz. Mann Whitney comparative test was used analyze data study. Based on planned behavior theory (TPB), this study aims to explore the direct or indirect impacts of entrepreneurship education entrepreneurial intentions through self-efficacy and moderating role psychological capital. Sample data were collected by sending online electronic questionnaires university students in some universities Guangxi. A structural equation model was used test 757 valid sample data. The results showed that: (1) college different genders those with without family business experience have significant differences terms their intentions; (2) has a positive impact (3) plays complete mediating role; (4) higher capital can positively regulate intention. findings help explain need for education. The DECIDE project entitled “Career choices competencies for the post-pandemic future using multicriteria decision-making”, aimed to empower young individuals in their career decision-making by providing them with personalised learning sources and tools monitor development of essential competencies. This paper presents findings from evaluating two key components project: an e-guide developing a web-based application that monitors individuals’ progress competency development. These help people identify skills knowledge they lack meet demands employers sustainable innovative paths. was designed as self-learning programme guides users through interactive models focused on building required profiles. Typically, the underrepresentation of female engineers in education, employment, and leadership is a worldwide social issue. The present study investigates critical employment challenges barriers for Yemeni’s unstable, conservative, poor society. quantitative methodology was based on two constructed questionnaires targeting engineering graduates from 2012 to 2021 at Taiz University executive HR managers. results indicated that ongoing civil war, employability attributes, personal attitudes, low wages, conservative society, marriage–family beliefs are most apparent engineers’ Yemen. Nearly 40% frustrated with not having job, almost same percentage stopped seeking about two-thirds did register government offices. This prompts colleges frequently update their programs cope rapid developments include courses curricula. Furthermore, this advises consult experts before enrolling practice training skills immediately after graduation. We want encourage such studies Yemen concerned issues underpin participation society make use unutilized resources.

The number of graduates from China’s higher vocational colleges and universities is increasing, making wise career decisions plays a key role in students’ development. This study based on the conceptual framework Career Self-Management Model Social Cognitive Theory. constructed model that can improve quality decision-making among college students institutions explores effects values, decision self-efficacy, goals decision-making. The apparel industry has a significant impact on climate change due to the substantial amount of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Academic gowns commonly used in Thailand may be contributor high GHG levels consumption. objective this study was quantify carbon footprint (CF) an academic gown for bachelor degree students worn during commencement ceremony at private Thai university. evaluation complies with national guidelines Carbon Footprint Product (CFP) established by Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO) line ISO 14067:2018 gases - products Requirements and quantification. Considering only single category: change, emissions were calculated entire product life cycle, including raw material acquisition, production process, distribution, use, end-of-life (EoL) treatment, relevant transportation/delivery. Data collected from entrepreneur producing rental purposes. numerical results revealed that CFP length 40 inches, weighing 1,284.30 g, is 42.7 kgCO2-eq over its cycle 39.71% contributing use phase EoL treatment. stages process caused most 41.08%, 33.69% 18.49%, respectively. serves as important baseline data enhance design development emission reductions.

Economic mobility and career success for undergraduate students is enhanced by understanding students’ experiences supports addressing the barriers they face. This study explores how U.S. transfer described their journeys perceived contextual career-oriented experiences. longitudinal narrative case was conducted with who were transferring from a community college to four-year college. They participated in professional development program, which funded science/engineering internships within bioproducts bioenergy sectors. The drew social cognitive theory analyzed data collected over two years, including student interviews, biographical mapping, reflective writings. Students most frequently received professors program staff (institutional), family (social), internship hosts. identified more variable, such as inadequate advising communication issues, often resolved (institutional) financial sites. Internship participation led all of participating feeling sense job readiness. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect an “Interviewing Skills in Career Counseling” course on level career decision-making self-efficacy senior university students. This study aimed to evaluate and enhance the career planning process for students at Guangxi Police College, focusing on quantitative qualitative insights. A mixed-methods approach was employed. In Phase 1, a survey of 248 recent graduates conducted assess their satisfaction with college's strategies. 2 comprised focus group discussions nine faculty members gathering in-depth perspectives effectiveness current practices. The findings revealed generally high level student satisfaction, an overall mean score 3.64 out 5. However, areas such as self-assessment goal setting scored slightly lower, indicating opportunities improvement. Faculty feedback emphasised need regular updates, external evaluations, increased real-world exposure better prepare job market. concludes that while College has established strong foundation in planning, there is still room further enhancement. Targeting enhancements self-assessment, setting, practical application could significantly improve outcomes. These correspond existing research, underscoring importance comprehensive context-sensitive specialised educational institutions.
