The study investigated the impact of technology use on job performance academic staff. In particular, examined influence teaching technological use, managerial and research Utilising a quantitative approach, employed correlational design sample 158 staff Bishop Stuart University in Uganda. Under the pedagogical concept of sustainable development, an increasing number interdisciplinary pedagogies are being applied in physical education, moving away from traditional face-to-face teaching methods. This study investigated influence blended learning on students’ engagement education and role attitudes this process. A questionnaire was used to validate model based a comprehensive literature review. PLS-SEM assess direct relationship between mediating toward these factors. This study examined the relationship between learners’ utilization of Math App Solvers and Online Grammar Checkers as correlates Mathematics English proficiency. used descriptive research with correlational technique. Survey questionnaires were self-made went validation process through help experts before pilot testing. The passed reliability consistency test an Alpha value 0.88. survey given to seventy-seven (77) randomly chosen high school students from grade 10 Senior High School at Malalag Cogon National in year 2024-2025. Pearson's correlation coefficient was statistical tool evaluate direction strength correlations. This study investigates how technology integration impacts student learning outcomes (SLO), focusing on the mediating effects of pedagogical approaches and learner engagement. It also examines moderating role leadership support in enhancing technology's impact. The adopted a quantitative technique. sampling was based systematic random sampling. A total 500 questionnaires were distributed, however, only 394 responses included after screening.
