The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly altered consumer behavior and reshaped the tourism industry, particularly impacting travel destination choices. Pre-pandemic, travelers prioritized experiences adventure, often overlooking health safety concerns. However, during after pandemic, health, hygiene, situation emerged as crucial factors in choosing a rural destination, alongside economic considerations. current study analyzed tourists’ preferences North-West development region of Romania when destination. An online survey was conducted, 563 questionnaires were validated end. principal component analysis used to analyze collected data led two-factor solution: “sanitary administrative” “economic social”. Coğrafi işaret tescilli ürünler, bir yörenin gastronomi potansiyelinin yansıtılmasında önemli araç olma özelliği taşımaktadır. Bu özel ürünlerin büyük kısmını da alanındaki ürünler oluşturmaktadır. durum alanında rekabet, turizm, pazarlama, tanıtım, imaj başta olmak üzere tüm paydaşlara pek çok açıdan avantajlar sağlamaktadır. Bilindiği son yıllarda coğrafi tescil süreci tamamlanmış veya başvuru devam eden gastronomik sayısında artışlar görülmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra araştırmacıların işareti konu edinen bilimsel çalışmalara yoğun ilgisi bulunmaktadır. doğrultuda çalışmanın amacını ürünlere yönelik yapılan çalışmaları sistematik incelemek TR Dizin ve Web of Science veri tabanlarında konuya ilişkin literatür taraması yapılarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın ulusal yazın boyutunu (27) uluslararası (31) yer alan toplam 58 çalışma oluşturmuştur. Çalışmaların olarak incelenmesi amacıyla verilerin meta içerik analizleri yapılmıştır. İlgili çalışmaların 2020 yılından sonra daha fazla yapıldığı genellikle sosyal bilimler yayınlandığı Her iki tabanında anahtar kelime ortalama dört tercih edilirken çalışmalarda ürün adlarının ön plana çıktığı tespit Çalışmalarda metodolojik yaklaşım açısından nitel araştırma yöntemlerinin yaygın edildiği, toplamada ise genel ikincil kaynaklar görüşme tekniğinden yararlanıldığı belirlenmiştir. Gastronomi turizmi, tespiti, turizm potansiyeli, yiyecek içecek işletmeleri menüsü, rotası, kırsal kalkınma, sürdürülebilirlik kültürel özellikler de odak noktasını litaratürdeki mevcut durumun ortaya koyması sayesinde yapılacak olan gelecekteki katkı sağlaması düşünülmektedir.

In the current global context, where rural sustainability and economic diversification of agricultural regions are becoming increasingly important, tourism agritourism emerging as key strategies for sustainable development. This study aims to conduct a scientometric analysis research trends in during pandemic post-pandemic periods (2020–2024) by identifying dominant themes, relevant scientific contributors, directions related post-COVID-19 transformations. To carry out this analysis, 1915 papers indexed Web Science Core Collection database were selected. Using VOSviewer software, co-citation networks, keyword co-occurrence, international collaboration generated analyzed identify thematic clusters main directions.
