This descriptive-correlational research design aimed to determine the significant relationships between e-work self-efficacy, digital competence and work engagement of teachers in secondary schools Philippines. The respondents study were 244 from public secondary two provinces. They were selected through Simple Random Sampling. was conducted via online forms. gathered data treated using statistical tools such as Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson r, Hayes Process Multiple Linear Regression. results study suggest that enhancing self-efficacy competence may lead to increased engagement, which could ultimately lead better job performance satisfaction context remote work. moderation analyses revealed the respondents’ profile age, length service, academic rank significantly moderated relationship selfefficacy engagement. In accordance with contemporary educational policy, changes have been made to the requirements of initial teacher education (ITE) aim promoting development digital competence among pre-service teachers (PSTs). This paper explores what it means for a primary PST develop and posits that programmes ITE should teaching PSTs, alongside positive attitudes toward technology use. is complex under-researched process involving multiple actors, including higher institution tutors, school placement cooperating teachers. research gap addressed within this by examining these actors unpacking key issues which may prevent PSTs from developing enacting competence. It appears there lack alignment across negatively impact PSTs. Consequently, we propose conceptualization needs be brought into alignment. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el uso de internet y satisfacción los estudiantes Facultad Ingeniería Electrónica Eléctrica (FIEE) Universidad Nacional Mayor San Marcos, desde enfoque las tecnologías información comunicación (TIC). Métodos: El estudio fue alcance correlacional diseño no experimental, empleó dos instrumentos válidos confiables aplicados a una muestra 153 universitarios. Se realizaron estadígrafos descriptivos e inferenciales para contrastación hipótesis mediante Rho Spearman. Resultados: A nivel descriptivo, mayor frecuencia se observó en un moderado baja. inferencial, existe estadísticamente significativa todas dimensiones satisfacción: con docencia (p = 0.002), servicios institucionales 0.003) infraestructura educativa 0.001). Conclusión: revela significativa, fuerte positiva FIEE.
