This study investigates the influence of Top Management Team Competencies (TMTCs) and Middle-Tier Managers’ (MMCs) on intention to adopt Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technologies in Thailand Vietnam. Utilizing a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data from 100 manufacturing firms reveal critical roles readiness level (RL) perceived usefulness (PU) as mediators these relationships. The findings highlight that while TMTC significantly enhances organizational readiness, its direct impact adoption is non-significant. Conversely, MMC directly influences both PU intention, emphasizing practical role middle management bridging strategic vision operational execution. RL mediates effects I4.0 whereas does not mediate relationship between intention. These insights contribute literature digital transformation, particularly emerging economies, by identifying distinct managerial importance driving adoption. underscores need for tailored competency development among top managers foster successful suggests further research into culture, external support, regional variations.

The rapid development of the ever-changing information and communication society demands skills from its members that allow access to adapt various situations they may face. To achieve this, it is essential acquire a set key competencies throughout different stages life, among which we find digital competence. This systematic review aims analyse, through series focal points indicators, internationally published interventions in last ten years aimed at improving literacy acquisition this competence by students early childhood education, primary higher as well professionals fields. procedure followed for selection has been documented graphically represented according PRISMA statement, with searches conducted across databases journals. Abstract This paper aims to investigate literature on digital maturity modelling in order build a better understanding of this field research which is gaining increased attention from both public as well private institutions. The objective the study outline clear vision what main areas related models are and ultimately map out particular directions that could benefit further academic future. For purpose, bibliometric analysis was employed, relying publishing data obtained Scopus scientific database. After selection filtering, 468 pieces were deemed relevant subsequently mapped for using co-occurrence bibliographic coupling. Results show there an exponential increase last 3 years, with recent interest being focused towards manufacturing sector small medium sized enterprises, while other expected sectors such e-government have fallen behind.
