This viewpoint considers climate crisis activism through participatory pedagogical approaches to intergenerational learning, in the context of early childhood education. Given dire predictions surrounding change, it is likely that immediate future, young children will continue suffer disproportionate consequences injustice, further violating their rights clean, healthy environments even though they are least responsible for current crisis. Nature is my best teacher: one-week nature-based education program for preschool teachers DOI

This study aimed to enable preschool teachers comprehend a complete vision of nature-based teaching teach curricular subjects while introducing nature children as source wonder, value, and endless opportunity for learning. Twenty-five education have participated in one-week program. Teachers engaged hands-on activities including experiments, field trips, observation, play, drama, online interactive applications. A qualitative case approach was utilized this study. Findings revealed that although participating emphasized the value teaching, they rarely used natural materials their before involving project.
