Purpose: Developing employee motivation has excellent significance in attaining organizational success with massive performance. The present study explores the impact of transformational leadership style (TLS) on employees’ (EM) directly and through psychological capital (PC) employee’ engagement (EE). Design/Methodology/ Approach: Through questionnaire, researchers targeted employees King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) Al-Ahsa. Purpose In today's dynamic and competitive business environment, organizations strive to foster innovation as a key driver of success.
