The teaching-learning of the psychological discipline involves teacher-student interactions, which are structured under different criteria didactic performance in various practices teaching. present research was conducted interbehavioral model that includes seven teacher and six student performance. Introduction The evaluation of teaching performance in didactic interactions has generally been approached from the student’s perspective, with little literature on based teacher’s own perspective. Having an instrument that allows self-evaluation during will contribute to improving quality and learning at university level. Objectives validity reliability evidence for scores questionnaire are examined. self-assessment is analyzed general teacher his interactive episodes contrasted according some socio-academic characteristics. Method: Methodological, instrumental, descriptive, comparative predictive cross-sectional study. A total 203 teachers participated, whom 64 were professors a public northwestern Mexico, 139 two universities Peru. Results Satisfactory content-based was found, Aiken’s V estimates higher than 0.70 all items criteria: clarity, pertinence relevance. As internal structure construct, satisfactory results found confirmatory factor analysis strategy multidimensional model seven oblique factors (CFI = 0.99, TLI 0.98, RMSEA 0.05, SRMR 0.06) second-order made up specific first-order 0.06, 0.07).
