The study aims to investigate the relationship among key factors affecting second language learners’ satisfaction with online Chinese courses and their willingness continue utilizing them by constructing a Model of Learners’ Satisfaction in Online Courses. Additionally, influence participants’ individual differences was also explored. A total 203 learners participated questionnaire survey, 5 further participating interviews. Learner expectations, learner perceived quality, value were identified as important influencing using course. results survey showed that (1) differences, such age, proficiency, weekly duration, offline course experience, significantly satisfaction. (2) expectations have significant positive impact on while quality positively affects value. (3) influences courses. (4) interview revealed most still prefer traditional courses, indicating teaching has several shortcomings deficiencies. AI-generated content (AIGC) is uniquely positioned to drive the digital transformation of professional education in animation, comic, and game (ACG) industries. However, its collaborative application also faces initial novelty effects user discontinuance. Existing studies often employ single-variable analytical methods, which struggle capture complex mechanisms influencing technology adoption. This study innovatively combines necessary condition analysis (NCA) fuzzy-set qualitative comparative (fsQCA) applies them field ACG education. Using this mixed-method approach, it systematically explores conditions configurational educational users’ continuance intention adopt AIGC tools for design learning, aiming address existing research gaps. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el uso de internet y satisfacción los estudiantes Facultad Ingeniería Electrónica Eléctrica (FIEE) Universidad Nacional Mayor San Marcos, desde enfoque las tecnologías información comunicación (TIC). Métodos: El estudio fue alcance correlacional diseño no experimental, empleó dos instrumentos válidos confiables aplicados a una muestra 153 universitarios. Se realizaron estadígrafos descriptivos e inferenciales para contrastación hipótesis mediante Rho Spearman. Resultados: A nivel descriptivo, mayor frecuencia se observó en un moderado baja. inferencial, existe estadísticamente significativa todas dimensiones satisfacción: con docencia (p = 0.002), servicios institucionales 0.003) infraestructura educativa 0.001). Conclusión: revela significativa, fuerte positiva FIEE. "Internet+Chinese language education" represents a forward-thinking approach for Chinese as foreign language, aligned with key initiatives such "The Belt and Road" the "Internet+" national strategy (Nie, 2023). The integration of educational technology into instruction non-native speakers offers innovative pedagogical possibilities, promising significant improvements in student engagement learning outcomes. However, research on online remains its early stages, relatively few studies available this area (Nguyen et al., 2014). Online tools applications teaching have gained traction over last decade, marking prominent trend field. This study explores the effectiveness of online Chinese language courses, focusing on development listening comprehension and Mandarin pinyin pronunciation skills among students at Faculty Education, Uttaradit Rajabhat University. Utilizing a systematic approach, research employed pre-test post-test design to evaluate impact instructional methods students’ abilities. Significant improvements were observed in both post-intervention, as evidenced by statistical analysis. Moreover, gauges satisfaction with learning experience, revealing high levels contentment regarding course content, accessibility, delivery. The outcomes have demonstrated statistically significant improvement assessed. Students’ scores substantially increased from pre-instruction post-instruction. Specifically, average improved 16.45 24.50, while rose 10.85 16.30, evidencing advancements significance level 0.05. These results underscore courses enhancing linguistic capabilities.

Abstract The past decades have witnessed a significant increase in the number of global Chinese as second language (L2) learners. Accompanying surge is growing body research on their motivational factors. This mixed‐methods study was primarily informed by Dörnyei's L2 self system (L2MSS), aiming to scrutinize (CSL) learners’ factors from perspectives selves and contexts.
