This study examines the influence of various leadership styles on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within Bangkok's rapidly growing construction industry. The researchers surveyed 859 individuals through site administration from 1,278 sites. The increasing domains of digital technology in educational settings urgently require leadership (DL) to ensure the sustainability school improvement initiatives era and facilitate transformation institutions. DL emerges as an urgent evolving topic significant public interest. However, there is a notable lack consensus persists regarding its definition constructs within settings, hindering advancement theory. To address this gap, systematic literature review was conceived, employing Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology. primary aim enhance comprehension geographical temporal distribution relevant publications, well elucidate prevalent definitions contexts. This article endeavors synthesize extant scientific on DL, focusing studies published between 2019 2024. Inclusion criteria encompassed research publications sourced from Scopus Web Science (WoS) databases, available English, centered settings. Purpose To explore the role of digital leadership in fostering strategic agility, innovation adaptivity, organizational agility and resilience context transformation. Design/methodology/approach Following an interpretive case study approach using a thematic data analysis technique, we conducted 20 in-depth interviews with leaders from five different media firms across UAE. На сучасному етапі кардинальних соціально-економічних перетворень корпоративна культура стала важливим чинником подальших реформ у публічному секторі. Уміння аналізувати й оцінювати рівень розвитку корпоративної культури дає можливість керівництву публічної служби приймати науково обґрунтовані управлінські рішення, забезпечуючи їх оперативність і високу ефективність. Слід зазначити, що нові виклики, які обумовлені перетвореннями сфері публічного управління, сприятимуть трансформації культури. Необхідність вирішення вищенаведених завдань практичного характеру зумовила потребу теоретико-методичного обґрунтування засад розроблення відповідного інструментарію та прикладних рекомендацій щодо реалізації управління адміністрування. Дане дослідження присвячено аналізу взаємозв'язку між трансформацією розвитком системи з використанням бібліометричного трендового підходів. Метою статті є виявлення основних напрямів наукових досліджень, оцінювання динаміки публікаційної активності, а також визначення ключових трендів прогалин даній галузі знань. У рамках проведено бібліометричний аналіз бази даних публікацій для ідентифікації робіт авторів, найбільш цитуються, трендовий змін тематиці досліджень. Встановлено, трансформація здебільшого розглядається позицій соціальної відповідальності цифрових трансформацій. Це, свою чергу, вимагає формування принципово нових підходів до на засадах цифровізації відповідальності.
