This paper investigates the effect of E-government (EG) and COVID-19 on environmental sustainability (ES), considering Load Capacity Curve (LCC) in Chinese provinces, which employs panel MMQR method. study reveals that initiatives positively impact sustainability, with a 1% increase effectiveness leading to rise ES between 0.05% 0.40%. Conversely, has pronounced negative particularly at medium quantiles. The results also report non-LCC hypothesis provinces. Dumitrescu–Hurlin (DH) causality outcome indicates bi-directional causal association practices unidirectional link from sustainability. These findings highlight policy implication critical role promoting despite challenges posed by economic demographic factors.

This article explores the intricate relationship between digital transformation and non-financial performance in Central Eastern European (CEE) countries. As these nations navigate complexities of post-communist economic landscapes, role digitalization emerges as a pivotal factor influencing various dimensions organizational beyond mere financial outcomes. In this framework, our research aims to analyze ways which (as proxied by DESI) impacts range metrics (ESG) order furnish thorough comprehension interplay within specific context CEE With data collected over an 11-year timeframe, we performed panel analysis, relying on robust regression. The main findings indicate that profoundly environmental (CO2 emissions, renewable energy consumption), social (ratio female-to-male labor force participation rate, unemployment) governance (government effectiveness) countries, although effects vary significantly across different regions. highlight potential areas for policy emphasis, particularly relation reducing CO2 improving regulatory quality, advancing integration connectivity. disparities identified may inform targeted strategies aimed at uplifting underperforming regions, thereby contributing enhanced growth sustainability.

Digital inclusion is a critical component of sustainable e-government, ensuring equitable access to digital public services for all citizens. However, challenges such as limited literacy, infrastructural gaps, and institutional barriers hinder widespread adoption, particularly among marginalized populations. This study examines the key obstacles in e-government explores technology-driven policy-based solutions. A qualitative approach was employed, integrating case studies from developed developing nations assess best practices localized policy adaptations. The findings highlight that public–private partnerships, literacy programs, integration emerging technologies—such artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, cloud computing—play crucial role enhancing accessibility security. Additionally, aligning policies with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), SDG 4 (Quality Education), 9 (Industry, Innovation, Infrastructure), 10 (Reduced Inequalities), 16 (Peace, Justice, Strong Institutions), strengthens long-term impact governance. emphasizes need governments adopt an inclusive, multi-stakeholder implementation, investments accessibility, cybersecurity, user trust. Future research should explore mixed-method approaches comparative analyses across different socio-economic contexts refine strategies inclusion.

The digital transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a crucial driver economic growth innovation in Indonesia. This research explores the state among Indonesian MSMEs, focusing on development, adoption, implementation challenges. method used this Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with stages: planning, implementation, reporting. SLR done study utilized collection publications published between January 2020 May 2024. results show that MSMEs Indonesia provides significant benefits, such as increased market reach, operational efficiency, profitability. E-government is a prominent approach in environmental sustainability as it brings various arrangements that allow for the mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions. The article explores two main objectives. Firstly, direct impact e-government on ecological and secondly, whether enhances indirectly by improving state capacity.
