Globally increasing educational pressures and associated decreases in well-being among adolescents young adults make burnout a major challenge sustainable education, which is becoming more systematically investigated. This paper overviews previous studies on the structure of burnout. It provides new data validity School Burnout Inventory (SBI) 650 Polish university students, including associations between problematic study-related attitudes behaviors, stress, anxiety. The original three-factor SBI was revised to two-factor model due collinearity cynicism sense inadequacy. adjusted demonstrated good fit cross-validated an independent subsample. showed reliability. Objectives: The study aims to review the role of university counselors in student affairs within Sichuan Province and assess their contribution United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a specific focus on SDG 4 (Quality Education), 3 (Good Health Well-being), 9 (Industry, Innovation, Infrastructure) 10 (Reduced Inequalities), Thermotical Model: This is based D. C. McClelland’s competency theory, which highlights importance assessing skills, knowledge, behavioral competencies over traditional intelligence tests. Considering Bangladesh's sustainable development, the employability of students is truly essential.
