Digital technology development provides new opportunities for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance research to better evaluate firm ESG performance, improve decision-making efficiency, enhance competitiveness. Therefore, under the background of digital economy, studying digitization mechanisms on is great theoretical practical significance, which can help firms achieve sustainable create more value stakeholders. We use 3,827 listed A-share companies in China from 2003 2021 as sample our empirical research. Results show that significantly improves this conclusion remains valid after a series robustness tests. Through mechanism analysis, we find through organizational resilience further reveal redundancy has positive moderating effect between performance. According heterogeneity marginal effects are stronger among with high market competition, East-Central region, non-heavily polluting industries, standard audit opinions, without significant across nature equity. ABSTRACT Beyond improving financial performance, enterprise digital transformation (EDT) also contributes to social and environmental well‐being. This study aims investigate the impact mechanism of EDT on environmental, social, governance (ESG) performance applies fixed‐effects model regress panel data Chinese listed companies from 2009 2022. We find that promotes ESG by optimizing internal controls information disclosure quality, with blockchain contributing more prominently. positive effect is significant among enterprises are state‐owned, larger, polluting. Further analysis shows improves leads value increase financing constraint alleviation. Our findings guide governments actively promote EDT, facilitate green low‐carbon transitions, incentivize practices.

The aim of this article is to explore the impact digitalization on corporate social responsibility (CSR) in automobile insurance sector Morocco. This first explores theoretical and conceptual foundations digital transformation CSR. A mixed methods approach then used, combining qualitative interviews with a wider quantitative survey, investigate how innovations influence CSR practices. The architectural sector in Indonesia is experiencing rapid digital transformation, introducing both opportunities and challenges for workers. This study examines the impact of this transformation on turnover intention by analyzing interplay between resilience, job security, social support, satisfaction. Research background: The evolving business sector, driven by environmental factors and social pressure such as natural capital, global competitiveness, etc., necessitates continuous improvement adaptation. study presents White Supply Chain Management (WSCM), which incorporates ethical, social, practices into supply chains to enhance competitiveness. WSCM expands on Green (GSCM) integrating principles of ethics responsibility towards achieving the SDGs. variables include pressure, ethical management corporate responsibility, promoting holistic sustainability across all chains. Purpose article: study's objectives were examine validity components in food analyze influence long-term effectiveness Food Industry, model see how it promotes business. Method: research used a quantitative survey design elicit responses from sample group 664 respondents, selected using lottery-based random sampling method with 2–3 key informants per factory, typically occupying middle high-level executive positions. test tool was structural equation model.
