Environmental protection talents training (EPTT) is recognized as a key prerequisite for maintaining environmental sustainability, and in order to study the influence of each player on EPTT. This paper innovatively constructs tripartite evolutionary game model government, university enterprise. Abstract In the era of digital economy, green value co-creation behavior (DGVCB) has replaced previous creation. DGVCB become a tool for business ecosystems to gain sustainable ecological advantages in today’s increasingly complex market. At present, there are few researches on influence and network embedding(DGNE) innovation performance(DGIP). This paper faces institutional logic DGVCB, analyzes mechanism DGNE fragmentation (DGNF) context ecosystem competition, then constructs causal relationship between DGIP. Based 326 valid questionnaires sample data, this empirically studies effects DGIP by using regression analysis method, verifies discusses proposed theoretical hypotheses. Exploring the impact of technological innovation on carbon efficiency is conducive to achieving a better low-carbon transition and thus reaching sustainable development goals. Green technology innovation (GTI) is one of the most important factors influencing agricultural carbon emission intensity (ACEI). Various studies have explored impact GTI on ACEI, but path mechanism has not been fully explained. This study incorporates and ACEI into constant elasticity substitution (CES) production function constructs a theoretical model to analyse their direct mechanisms. Drawing effect theory Marshall–Arrow–Romer (MAR) externalities theory, this introduces two regulatory mechanisms: optimization energy structure industry agglomeration (AIG). Additionally, it explores pathway mechanisms under influence spatial spillover effects based Tobler's first law geography. Then, taking Jiangsu Province in China as case study, empirical tests are conducted using LSDVC dynamic SAR models. The results follows. (1) effectively inhibits directly, significantly positive reduction short long terms. (2) Energy positively regulates reduction, nearby cities may help restrain local city term. (3) AIG regulating reducing moderating (4) When both pathways employed simultaneously, or neighbouring areas expected become ineffective.
