Small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face complex systemic challenges in managing digital transformation while pursuing innovation an increasingly interconnected business environment. This study adopts a systems theory perspective to investigate how digitalization enhances Innovation Performance by examining the dynamic interrelationships among adoption, drive, culture, Performance. Digital transformation is critical in driving competitive success, particularly Indonesia’s life insurance industry, which faces challenges adopting effective digital strategies to address operational inefficiencies and declining customer engagement. This study aims investigate the mediating role of Enablement relationship between Market Orientation, Transformational Leadership, Life Insurance Performance Indonesia. A quantitative design was employed, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS analyze data collected from a census 54 senior executives companies Indonesia, gathered through structured questionnaires. The findings reveal that both Orientation Leadership significantly foster Enablement, which, turn, enhances Performance. However, direct effects on were found be insignificant, emphasizing as mediator.
